BlockBeats News, December 21st, just as market participants continue to speculate on when Altcoin Season will arrive, BitMEX co-founder Arthur Hayes believes that "Altcoin Season has always been happening." Arthur Hayes recently stated in an interview, "Altcoin Season has always been there, if you feel like it hasn't arrived yet, it's because you haven't been holding those rising tokens."

Hayes said that many traders still expect the altcoin market to develop as it has in the past, believing that the same cryptocurrencies and the same patterns will repeat. Cryptocurrency traders should rethink their trading strategies, focus on new market trends, and not rely on historical experience. This is a new stage, and new factors will bring new drivers. Hayes referred to HYPE as the "best narrative" of this crypto cycle so far, skyrocketing from two to three dollars after its launch to $60. He also mentioned SOL dropping to nearly $7 in 2022, then surging to nearly $300 earlier this year. Arthur Hayes concluded the interview by once again stating, "The altcoin market has always been there, you just haven't participated."
